Can I live at Beach Park permanently?
No, you can use your holiday home for the 8 months each year. Beach Park is open from the 1st March to the 31st October each year, plus any 30 days for maintenance in our closed period.
What Are The On Going Costs After Purchasing A Holiday Home?
Pitch Fee which is £3456.00 Including VAT each year which can be paid in 12 equal instalments. Please ask for further details.
Electricity, which is metered. Gas, which is either Bottles on Static Homes or Mains Gas on Lodges
What age group does the park cater for?
There is no age restriction.
What is included in the price?
With each home purchase, we connect the property to all services, Electricity, Water, Sewer and Gas.
Is Council tax payable?
Yes, this is included in the site fees.
Do you allow pets on the park?
Yes, but all dogs must remain on a lead whilst on the park.
How secure will my lodge home be when I am not at the park?
Very secure as we have CCTV. We also have a permanent site warden throughout the year.
How much does a holiday home cost?
Prices start from £82,000.00 but this depends on your chosen home.
What is the quality of the Static Holiday Home like?
Each new home is built to EN 1647 standards and comes with a 1 year warranty.
What is the quality of the lodge home like?
Each new home is built to BS 3632 standards and comes with either 2 years or 10 years warranty.
Do you offer finance?
No, however finance is available from specialist finance companies.
Can I sub-let my holiday home?
No, we do not allow sub-letting.
Do you rent out any properties?
No, we are completely exclusive.
What happens if I want to eventually sell?
We will arrange to sell on your behalf. We may also be interested in purchasing the property from you. Further details are stated in the BH & HPA License Agreement
Can I inspect Beach Park?
Yes, you are welcome to visit Beach Park and inspect our new homes that are for sale.
